Workspaces and teamspaces
Scriptor organizes content into workspaces. Inside a workspace, private pages, teamspaces, and shared content all appear in your sidebar.
Workspaces
A workspace is the top-level container for your team's pages and databases. Switch workspaces from the workspace menu when you belong to more than one.
Workspace owners and admins can:
- Invite members and manage roles
- Configure security and sharing defaults
- Manage teamspaces and workspace-wide settings
Private pages
Pages you create in your private section are visible to you until you share them or move them into a teamspace. They are ideal for drafts and personal notes.
Teamspaces
Teamspaces are dedicated areas for teams, departments, or projects. Each teamspace has its own members and owners.
Ways to add pages to a teamspace:
- Hover a teamspace in the sidebar and select
+to create a page inside it. - Drag an existing page from another section into the teamspace.
Library and templates
Open Library from the sidebar to browse templates and teamspace collections. Templates help your workspace start new pages with consistent structure.
Trash and recovery
Deleted pages move to trash first. Open trash from the sidebar to restore a page or remove it permanently, depending on your permissions.
